Well, if you can see the full moon, then the people on the exact opposite side of the earth (that is, directly beneath your feet), can't see the moon at all -- at least not at the same time you're looking at it. From their point of view, the moon would be below their horizon.

However, for all the people who ARE able to see the moon at the same time, the moon appears in the same phase for all of them. So yes, if the moon looks full to you, then it also looks full to everyone else on earth who can see it.

Think of this model: if the earth were the size of a baskteball, the moon would be a tennis ball about 25 feet away. Now imagine yourself as a tiny little person on the basketball. No matter where you are "standing" on the basketball, the tennis ball looks pretty much the same.

Maybe you're asking, when the moon looks full in the morning, will it still look full in the evening? The answer is yes. It takes about two weeks for the moon to change from "full" to "empty" (um, I mean to "new moon", which is the phase where you can see hardly any of it lit up). So in the few hours between morning and evening on a single day, the phase hardly changes at all.

Your question could be taken 2 ways. Its amazing how a little attention to grammar and punctuation could prevent misunderstanding.

One way it sounds like you're asking if one part of the Earth sees a full moon, does the other side of the Earth see the full moon. If that's what you're asking, its no, because when one side of the Earth sees a full moon that's at night, and the other side of the Earth is in daylight. But that night the other side of the Earth sees a full moon (with some minor differences because the moon has travelled in its orbit a bit by then).

The other way it sounds like you're asking if we see a full moon, is the other side of the moon full as well. If that's your question, then no, the sun only lights one side of the moon at one time so when we see a full moon, the other side of the moon is in darkness.

NO.

When it is Full Moon here, the reverse side is completely dark.

I know because my dog always howls a lot when that occurs. She is half Wolf and i have not been able to break her of that yet.
