up a trailer at the end of the season. Can you leave clothes,t.v.,
bedding, towels, toothpaste shampoo etc. I know not to leave paper products, but what about the rest? Store stuff in rubber bins, but how, in plastic or what? I know about kitty litter and bayleaf and bounce. I used to take everything home but it's becoming a pain going up two stories.

Rodents can survive on anything. One family of mice survived the winter eating the paper plates in our camper. Toothpaste has scents and sugar that rodents are attracted to as well. I put out poison pellets for the mice.

The toilet should be drained, as well as the water reservoir. Tank treatment can be added per the instructions on the bottle. Can be found in sporting goods section of larger stores.

Plastic storage bins can be found at home centers or discount stores. You can store your clothes and linens in these. Put a few moth balls in the bin to keep out pests. Air out the contents next season prior to use. If you are sensitive to the odor, try a bag of cedar shavings from the pet store.

I'm curious, what type of trailer has two stories?

If in area that freezes, anything liquid must be removed. Dish liquid, liquid laundry detergent, canned foods, fingernail polish, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc... These will freeze & not salvagable. Water bin (RV) or water in toilet, pipes, etc.. will be another concern. Electronics such as TV, etc.. shouldn't be exposed to drastic temperatures to ensure longer life - - speakers not a problem.

Or anything that contains or has liquid in it plus with electrical components = remove.
