shaving cream drys out your legs, so i prefer to use shampoo to shave, that makes your legs smooth and shiny and not dried out.

I love skintimate. And shaving gel is the best because it is smooth and goes on nicely. Soap is just too rough for legs.

I like to use my husband's shaving cream (foam)- Colgate Sensitive Skin brand- smells good, too- lol
It works better than my Skintimate!

I cant use either because I break out. I use Dove moisture body wash. My legs are always soft and I dont get cuts or razor burn.

I just use a bar of soap or shampoo. Your legs come out really soft then. It's awesome. You should try it. I don't think it's necessary at all if you want my opinion.

Barbasol is the best I've found, the main brands are not as good.

i like aveeno the best. I have very sensitive skin and theirs doesn't bother my skin as much as others. and I like the scent. nice and light.
