Start coaching youth football or high school. Keep working hard. Be innovative and willing to work on whatever they give you. You have to start at the bottom. As you work keep an eye out for other opportunities. Make connections with other coaches. Help out whoever you can. The person you help could give you your next job. Good luck.

Just coach Peewee football then try to get a job as assistant coach for your local high school. After you gain experience and maybe move to a highschool that can give you a head coaching job then maybe you can work as an assistant for a junior college.

You ASPIRE. You do not INSPIRE to be a coach. First, learn all you can about the game itself. Play if possible. Then after high school go to college and play there. After college, work as an assistant coach and then coach of high school football. Upon being successful, move to the college level. If you are any good at that level, the pros will be beating down your door. Good luck.
