Which is a better config for video cards?

One nVidia GeForce 8800 GTX 768mb
or
One nVidia Geforce 8800 GTS 640 and a nVidia GeForce 8500GT 256MB

You can't mix that 8800 and that 8500, they will not even SLI properly to my knowledge. Stick with the 8800 GTX and balance it out with 4 gigs of hyperx memory, and a core 2 duo 6800 extreme processor. This will achieve monster frame rates on any fps or rpg game.
