Yes she is. There are reports that she'll be released this Tuesday after 3 weeks of jail, and that her first post-jail interview will be with Larry King. Supposedly Barbara Walters and ABC are unhappy with Paris' decision because Walters was sure she would get the first interview, seeing as to how close she is to Paris' mother Kathy Hilton. However, they are unwilling to pay 1 mil. for an interview with Paris. Who woulda thunk that going to jail would end up as more money in Paris' wallet?
