I know you are afraid and cannot help the fear but understand though they may seem scary to you they are in really mostly harmless unless you go poking around their home. The ones in your room got there by mistake and are looking for a way out. Do some research on them. If those in your room are dirt dobbers. They are harmless and I have never known them to string. Think of them as a different insect. They will be solid black or black with little yellow marks on their legs. They eat spiders, if you don't like spiders they are your friends.

Another thing bees and wasps do not fly around at night. They sleep and so you can sleep in peace at night. With the new day the bees and wasps head off to the garden and other places where flowers and sweet stuff is. So they are not looking to cause you problems.

Find somebody to talk to about it and like the other person said study up on them. Knowing more can help you to understand what you fear and why you fear it. If it the sting you fear don't worry I have been stung many times and its not that bad.

Mty son was so scared of spiders he ran screaming from them until he convinced himself they were not so bad. He still hates them but he will swatt them now instead of calling me to do it for him. He even was one living in a web on the other side of the window glass right now that he watches and calls his little buddy.

Your best bet is to talk with your folks. Fears are tough to beat, but the more you can talk calmly about them the easier it is to deal with them. I used to be terrified of spiders - I mean scared stiff. So, I said to myself I wasn't going to let some stupid fear beat me, and went and learned about them. I still think many of them are pretty creepy, but now I can deal with them and know that some of them are really cool and snazzy-looking. I still scream like a little girl when I walk into a spider web and it hangs in front of my nose, but don't tell anyone about that, OK?

Get a wasp and hornet trap. They are non toxic, also at night they are attracted to light. keep your lights off.

I'm not sure, but maybe you should post this under psychology, and phobias, if that is an option. You could try getting a spray to keep them away, but I don't know what else.
