Yes, I put them all in the yard and let them play in the kiddie sprinklers. It gets their energy out, I get to laugh with them, and hopefully they'll all go to bed early. Then I slip into a hot bath and read until that water is ice cold! Chin up mama, tomorrow will be better I promise. And if it's not, call in some reinforcements!!

Oh, ever so many, as a parent and even now, as a grandparent with live-in grandchildren. Those are the times we remind ourselves of all those little incidents of priceless joy that make it all worth while, though we still count the moments to our Calgon escape.

Hey April!
Yeah, Rhiannon was bad these past couple of days! She does this tantrum thing where she stomps and screams and wails loudly. Needless to say, we had to put that to an end. But yeah, she can be a handful!

I feel your pain although I can't have children. Always wanted them, but that's the way it goes. I do love playing with my friends children!

Don't you love it? Hey, the kids will all grow up and it is then that you'll be all puffed up and proud. I have only one child and he is not anywhere near a kid but I had to wait for the really good times.

Hi April! Many days are like this, aren't they? And summer is the worst--it lasts forever. I recommend putting on Copacabana and dancing till your kids fear for your sanity.
