It's when someone posts something racist and they get a thumbs up or more for it.
It's VERY sickening...

The upside to this is the number of people who give the hate-speakers the thumbs-down. At least it appears that progress is being made. While the ugliness may still exist, there are also people out there spreading the ideals of love and tolerance.

I totally agree....there was one on here a week or so ago that was so bad I was so shocked he got more than one question and answer out on the posts.
