I bought this motorcycle but unfortunately it did not come with a user's manual. I don't know which way to point the valve for on,off, or reserve. Right now I have it pointed down but I don't know if that's on or reserve. Also, is it easy to replace the brake lever on this bike, it seem like a quick fix but any input or advice is appreciated.

Down - on
Up - reserve
Sideways - off
Brake lever - remove the nut of the pivot bolt first, then unscrew the bolt.
When installing the new lever, be careful not to break the pin of the brake light switch.
To be on the safe side, if you're unsure of what you're doing, remove the brake light switch.
Here's some pictures.
