I did this for someone else earlier so it's still fresh in my mind.
You asked for specific tracks so thats what I'm going to give you. I also believe there is no best. Just like and dislike. There's too much to have a best.

If you want some compilations to look for just let me know. If you look at the artists on AVB & Tiesto's mix albums you can get a good Idea of what to look for. AVB & Tiesto are both Trance DJ's. Techno is just a sub-genre of Electonic Dance Music. If you want DJ's to look for you can let me know as well, because some of this stuff can be hard to find.

Pipeman was nominated "2007 Top Underground Producer," by Club Platinum Ministry.
He is a rare techno underground artist. I bought his MP3 DVD with 400 tracks for $20 and wouldn't trade it for the world.
