waxing v. shaving?

PS - for straight men, shaving/waxing should be done from the neck up. There is something entirely effeminate about a man that waxes elsewhere. JMO

Shave because waxing hurts in certain area. Uh, I shave everything with the exception of my head.

I shave anywhere that is going to be seen regularly, like my underarms or legs. With waxing, I'd have to wait for the hair to grow long enough to do it again, with shaving, I don't. Anywhere else, I wax, so it isn't irritated by stubble.

i wax my eyebrows and my upper lip peach fuzzz, and shave my legs and armpits and crotch. i tried to wax my crotch but it hurts too bad and the same thing goes with my legs, if you can handle the pain go for waxing because the hair grows back alot slower and more fine, shaving is more convenient and less painful but hair grows back quicker than waxing and sometimes thicker and darker and more coarse.
also good point from above, waxing you have to wait for the hair to grow back before you can do it again, so you probably dont want to wax anywhere your skin shows alot like your legs or armpits, face is ok because the hair is so fine it doesnt show really when it gets to the length to beable to wax.
somepeople shave there arms, but dont do that its grose and they will always feel like they have stubble....unless you do it everyday...eww.

I get my eyebrows waxed and shave elsewhere - I can't afford to spend hundreds of dollars a month getting waxed - its like $50.00 per leg and $50.00 for a bikini wax.

I shave my armpits, legs, and bikini line. It's just faster, easier, less painful, and less messy than waxing.
