I'm making a list of songs that talk about

1) liking someone wanting to tell them
2)trying to get the courage to tell them
3) wondering if they like you and wanting them to like you back
4) or just plain being lonely and wanting someone
5) wanting someone who is out of ur reach

What is not:

A) a list of come back to me or i'm so glad we're together songs
eg: we belong together or since u been gone (about getting dumped)
B) limited to one musical genre or language of expression or gender

What it is -

A list of I want us to be/ i wish we were together/
i want to tell you i love you etc/ or i wish i had someone to love songs

Well, I'm not sure if you care what the song is from, or who the artist is, but because you said it could be a variety of genres, I'm going to say it doesn't matter to you. So, I'm thinking "If We Were A Movie" by Hannah Montana. Other possibilities: "I'll Be" by Edwin McCain, "Stop and Say You Love Me" by Evans Blue, and maybe "Everything You Want" by Vertical Horizon!
