Yes, it's still perfectly safe to swim in, as long as your chlorine levels are still in the proper range of 3-5ppm.

Rob is right, it's perfectly safe as long as the chlorine is WNL. If it wasn't safe I wouldn't be able to sit here and type this right now because I've been there!

i would clean it first just to make sure. you don't know what kind of diseases it contained.
