Usually you need at LEAST A Bahelor Degree in accounting...thats 4 years, but Id go for ( and did) 1 Masters degree in accounting/ business... Depending on where you live/ work you can earn a very nice salary

This depends on where you live. You need a bachelor's degree to become an accountant, which is 4 years, but if your goal is to become a CPA, in many states now you need 150 credit hours, which adds a fifth year to the program.

A couple years plus..depending on how far you want to go...but my gosh..I'm sorry...bean counters are the most boring people in the world......sorry..know a lot of them and that's why I "just know them"..not associate with them..
