your question makes absolutely no sense but i think you mean to ask: Have any numbers between 20 and 40 not been worn in the NFL? the answer to this question if it is whagt you were asking is no. RBs,CBs and Safeties use numbers 20 through 40. also There have been over 18,000 men in the NFL and i'm sure at least 700 of them wore one of the numbers between 20 and 40 in their careers.

The "-" has never been worn by any player ever in the history of the NFL, NCAA or high school.
