My brother-in-law. He has a photographic memory for numbers (though he can't remember a name for the life of him!). He grew up with his father telling him stories about history and wars and is one of the foremost authorities on many subjects. While getting his master's at MIT, he discovered what Pluto was made of (mostly ice). Now, he works to decide whether toxic waste has corrupted a tract of land, and if so, where did it come from, is it in the water supply, is it clean-upable, and who did it.

Dr. David Meyers, Dept of Philosophy, Minnesota State University, Moorhead - now retired - who chaired my master's thesis committee. Also took his religious pluralism class. An excellent mind, wonderful sense of humor, respected students as intellectual equals (if they were), and guided me to reach my true potential without pointing me in any specific direction. Helped me to hone my ideas. Brilliant and wonderful, ethical man. And very down to earth!
