if you think there is one, yes
if not, then no

its just something everybody has to decide on its own.

unfortunatly there are many people in this world thinking they have to decide that for others, or start pulling phrases from their holy books to put evidence that there is a god.

step back .. see the whole picture and define for your own if there is a god, and if so what did this god do.

God is a man-made construct whose purpose is solely to explain what man (with the means of science) can't.

So, as a creator, yes, maybe there is (or was) a god (no one knows who set everything in motion yet). After that, there is no need for a god, since everything after can be explained by scientific laws.

Astronomical evidence cannot support the existence of any deity. Perhaps this questions would be better placed in a philosophy or religious section. Astronomy can no more answer questions about the existence of God than it can tell you what is the best movie ever filmed or how to make a really good gin & tonic.

Hi, God and who/what he or she is a matter of opinion. If you think their is no one then that's your opinion. God is a man-made theory, weather there is really one is unknown. There is NO scientific facts backing up the theory of God and him being the creator.

Science can prove alot of things and alot of things just have to go unknown. This is one of those things. In my opinion there is a "type" of God. But the whole he created Adam and Eve and they ate the forbidden fruit and then we are sinned for ever, to me is untrue.

MANY religious things to me are untrue, their is no facts to back it up. Only faith, though sometimes faith is all you can need or have.

with all the smashing and the vaporizing and the gamma ray bursts and supernovas and comets and asteroids and galaxies smashing into eachother I doubt your gonna find any evidence that supports a god out in space as violent and random and chaotic as the universe is, if there were a god and he did make the universe then he is a real prick and could have done a much better job...seriously

I don't know, that Bible God sometimes seems rather unlikely. Now, the FSM seems a bit more plausible, doesn't he? Well, at the very least, tastier.

But seriously, this isn't a question you should be asking other people. Who cares what we think? All that matters is what you feel.

Yes. GOD exists and he is the creator of the Universe. I appreciate one of the above answer 'Nothing comes out of nothing'. Hence there's only one possiblity that is GOD.
How ?? Because GOD is almighty, Sovereign and Holy.

Its the work of the HOLY SPIRIT upon the commandment of GOD.
Its not only about the mystery of Universe, its about the creation of you and me also. Our body and about its functioning, Child's birth. All these are not possible without an ALMIGHTY.

If I was to tell you YES, would you believe me?

If I was to tell you NO, would you believe me?

This is not an Astronomy and Space question. Please go to Religion and ask questions like this. It has no business being asked here. You might also look at the section on Mythology for kindred spirits and people who like to discuss the various possibilities of spiritual beings.

God is a matter of faith. Science cannot use the scientific method when it comes to God. You have to ask yourself if you believe in God. No one can tell you if one exists. Its something you have to decide for yourself.

Look into your heart.

If you see a god there, I worry about you. Because it isn't natural to have a god growing inside of your heart, don't ya know!
