I would say it is not too low cut, unless you have a large chest, which would tend to show more than normal.
As for the color, i would choose blue, since black seems to make you look like a prisoner, and red doesnt do anything for me.

I like it! You can always layer a tank under if you think it's too low cut. I liked all the colors, choose the one you like best.

The top is cute. Keep it in the black stripe and wear it with a short pair of cuffed white shorts and wedge shoes.

It's ok if you're slim. If you're a little heavy it may make you look too "hippy".

depends on what size you are whether is will be flattering or not...strips like that can be unforgiving
