I don't know what Happened? One day it was working great and the next the screen is very blurry. I bought it 6 months ago from costco. Is there anything I can do to get it fixed?

I'm reading reviews about the unit, but alot of people complain that its always blurry. No cure yet..............
"Video quality was mixed, depending on the source. Movies from CinemaNow were crystal clear, but the baseball game I downloaded would occasionally blur, much the way streaming video appears on my PC. Despite its small size the screen proved easy to see, even when watching big-picture events like a baseball game."

Make sure it's charged.
You need to format it = To format = Plug in your mp3* Go to start* Go to my computer* Right click you mp3 and choose format*
This should do it, let me know how it works?
