Bobby Cutts is being charged with two counts of murder for the killings of Jessie Davis and her unborn child. Now, why is it murder when someone else kills a unborn baby, but not when the mother has an abortion? I believe both is murder.

I believe God does also. I believe he has a special place for abortion Doctors. Christ said to do no harm to the little ones he described what the punishment would be like. Watch the thumbs down come. I suspect they that have not had the joy of a baby in their arms will find fault with my answer. The latest poll on abortion shows inconvenience as the number one reason for on demand abortion and the health of the mother as the least of the reasons for abortion. It is America's genocide.

when a woman has an abortion it never happens two weeks before she has the baby for one and when abortion happens it's normally in the embryo, zygo phase and there would be no chance for survival out side the womb this is a very different situation she was excited and was preparing for the baby he obviously wasn't and you have no idea how igorant your question makes you appear to asume that a woman who has an abortion is similar to this sick selfish son of abitch who in cold blood murdered the mother and the baby she was pregnant with your mind must really be tiny or washed or something i'm sure you also support the people "fanatics" that go around shooting the abortion doctors and claim it's justifible murder

I think it is okay for you to think both is murder. The question, however, is not what you and I think.

The laws are made in a variety of ways. I think Roe v. Wade is wrong. But it is currently law.

So is murder. Currently has a legal definition. And that definition doesn't include abortion.

Bobby Cutts is not a victim, here.

He should be charged with 2 counts of murder. I don't care if libs believe it's not alive until it draws breath. They are wrong. It's murder when an innocent human life is taken deliberately at ANY stage of it's existence.

Just a thought...if abortion is legal, then why WOULD he be charged with 2 counts instead of just one? He was after all the father of the baby, half of the genetic material in her womb was his...if the mother can kill it why can't the father? this smacks of a double standard. (although I think he should fry for killing that baby and it's mother)
Libs just don't make sense.

Interesting question really,I would assume most Liberals would say that he should only be able to be charged with one count of murder, since they want the law to be such that she could get an abortion the day before she's due.

Start with this: all of the 10 Commandments are interconnected. They each spring from the Greatest commandments, and touch each other at some point. "You shall not commit murder". Simply put: Human life is made in the image of God, and only God has the right to decide whether a person should live or die. To kill ANY human person, yourself or another, is to assume God's place, ie to usurp God. Do you remember what the first and second greatest commandments are, according to Jesus? 1. You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, and soul, and mind and strength. 2. You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus added another similiar commandment to these "Two supreme" commandments: "Love each other as I have loved you." Whenever a human life is taken by a deliberate act, it is either an act of judgement, or of selfish hatred. Scripture allows for certain acts of judgement, but not for selfish hatred! Suicide (the way it is proposed in this country today) falls under SELFISH HATRED. It is NOT an act of love: not for God, not for others, and not for ourselves. And yes, God wants us to love ourselves also.

Killing is murder when you do it for no justifiable reason. (It's perfectly legal to kill in order to keep from being killed) You have to take into account everything. Did the man kill her because he did not want the baby to be? Or was the unborn baby just an innocent bystander (in the womb) that died by default during the process of her being murdered? Too many questions and answers here. I have more important things to worry about. Let a jury somewhere figure that one out.

tying murder in with abortion is a christian political concept. many other religions do not consider it evil, especially the ones that believe in reincarnation. this is because when an abortion takes place, a spirit has not fully invested the body and returns to the god world, where it will wait for another opportunity to reveal itself.

The difference is when the mother decides and when someone else does.
You I assume have adopted many children, and support all those poor young scared girls who you want to put in hell for the rest of their lives.
Let everyone decide for themselves,
Until anyone can point out someone that calls abortion fun, everyone hates it, but they make the best decision they know how, and to stand on the sidelines and second guess them is cruel and insensitive
Focus on getting your government to stop killing 21 year olds in far away countries, that 100% can agree should survive

Thank the liberals for the assumption that a fetus isn't human life. Anyone who has an abortion should be put away for life for first degree murder. It's their immoral lifestyle they are trying to force on society. Just say no to the left, and to abortion.
