I don't watch very many Music Videos anymore... But I do have a few favorites...

Girl All The Bad Guys Want/1985/When We Die - Bowling For Soup
DARE - Gorillaz
Nice Guys Finish Last/Hitchin' A Ride/Poprocks & Coke - Green Day
Faint/Breaking The Habit - Linkin Park
I'm Not Okay (I Promise)/Welcome To The Black Parade - My Chemical Romance
Supermodel Robots - The Network
Dani California - Red Hot Chili Peppers
I'm Just A Kid/Shut Up! - Simple Plan
Liar (It Takes Two) - Taking Back Sunday
Pain/Animal I Have Become - Three Days Grace

But my absolute most favorite Music Video I've ever seen so far is...
Here It Goes Again (The Treadmill Song) - Ok Go
If you haven't seen this video yet, I highly recomend it...

look up directors, there are collections by some great directors who started in music videos

spike jonze (who directed 'being john malkovich') did a video for fatboy slim called "weapon of choice". it features a dancing christopher walken.

michel gondry (who directed 'eternal sunshine of the spotless mind') did a video for the white stripes "fell in love with a girl" done in animated Legos. and a video for Foo Fighters "everlong" (great song too by the way).

those guys have done many many more videos and almost all of them are great. i'm pretty sure their collected music videos are on dvd too. give it a try.

Peter Gabriel "Sledge Hammer" and any video that Martha Quinn would introduce. Had a big crush on her back in the early days of MTV.
