Use of CFC's.Their presence in the upper atmosphere destroys the ozone layer .The ozone layer cuts down the intensity of cancer-causing ultra violet rays at the earths surface.

acid rain is a mixture of the above.cfc cause all these also pan is responsible for ur symptoms.the level of PAN increases due to pollution.the main thing which causes skin cancer and eye irritation is uv rays from the sun
