These days anything is possible. The Terminator made it into office. All he has to do is act like he knows what he's doing.
Bush did it, he can too.

I think he's exposed too much of himself, (no pun Intended)
and his private life to ever get elected. He is brilliant. I love
his movies but I don't think he's cut out for politics.

Offhand I'd say no. He much too outspoken and his sense of humor and ego would come across as just too strange to most voters.
