Yes, someone probably needs to tell her. If you live in an apt you may want to address it with the super if you don't know your neighbor all that well. There's always the possibility that your neighbor may become offended and something like this should be handled somewhat tactfully. Try to be really nice about it and she should go along with it.

If her springs are that bad then she already knows it and may just not have the money to replace it. Besides it is none of your business so keep your mouth shut. That's my two cents worth since you asked.

Maybe you should invite her to spend the night at your place; considering, of course, you have new bed springs.

What makes you think that changing the springs is going to help? Maybe she needs lubricant instead?

I would leave a note saying:
Hello:
This is your neighbor. Please be more careful about the level of noise coming from your bedroom at night. It is causing an uncomfortable disturbance. Thank you!"
Enough said.

Well I would just get some ear plugs or turn the music on and let them enjoy themselves. Otherwise, slip a note under their door and tell them.........STOP it your making too much noise.

Just let them know that you could hear their bed probably they'll get embarrassed and they will fix their bed.
