Here are the pricing for the Las Vegas Monorail (traveling from MGM Grand Hotel to Las Vegas Hilton).
One ride ticket is $5.00
Two ride ticket is $9.00 (roundtrip)
One day pass $8.00 (good for 24 hrs.)
Ten ride tickets $35.00
3 Day Pass $40.00
Children under 5 are free.

not sure but the theres a service called the deuce, its a bus, and that will take u thru the strip and to downtown, and it cost 2 dollars on way or 5 dollars for 24 hour pass

Is cheap enough - can't remember exactly how much. But the pay machines tell you how much a ticket is depending on how many times you want to get on and off.
