Do you talk in your sleep or do you walk in your sleep?

I never knew that i talked in my sleep until my sister told me. I was talking about some stuff and now i am so terrified that i will say some things in my sleep and then people know all of that.. You know, secrets.

I do both... Ive walked into my moms room and kept flipping on and off the tv saying i got to pee and kept turning the tv on and off and i was like i really got to go and my mom was like then lee go! so i was like ok.. and went then went back to bed lol but i dont think ive ever said secrets. I tend to roll around alot and smack people. Yesterday i was sleeping in the same bed as my friend because we dident have enough and i turned over and smacked her.. so she pretended to be sleep punching lol and she punched my in the face lol i woke up with a huge welt on my lip lol I WAS LIKE WTF!!

LOL I know the feeling. I talk a lot in my sleep but have never given away secrets as of yet... I don't walk in my sleep, that would be eerie

I walk in my sleep one time I cooked myself some chicken soup and then when I woke up I forgot that I had made it!

since i was diagnosed insomnia at the age of 13, I don't walk or talk but SLEEP whenever i CAN

i don't but my brother has walked in his sleep. One time, he went downstairs and got himself a bar of chocolate all whilst sleep walking. hehehe.

I do both of those, I also fight in my sleep, I gave my mum a right hook when she came to say goodnight to me =)
