It's fine to have a desire, but just realize that not everyone has the desire to see it.

When you force you desire on someone else, then it's wrong and in some cases criminal.

Please also know that the implications of this type of desire may impact many of your close relationships. You need to consider other people if you choose to give into the desire.

To fantasize about it is fine and sexy. I think about it all of the time. I would love to drive through the McDonals take out window while I was naked in my car. I know that by actually doing it however, I could end up in jail. Do not act on it.

it's ok to have desires it's how you handle the desires. and don't expose yourself to the wrong people

Nope, actually it is a misdemeanor in some states. I know because I divorced my first husband, a minister, after I found out he had 13 counts of indecent exposure against him. It is actually called "exhibitionism" it is a sexual illness and you need counseling for it.

If you want to do it in places where it's not welcome then I would say it could be problematic and you should examine why you want to do it. Otherwise it's OK.
