I bought a used printer, canon ip1700, it came with no cd, I have a emachine computer, I hooked it up, and nothing, I don't even see a drive wizard, help me hook it up.

I don't know anything about hooking up a printer. But the way you said "friggin printer" made me laugh out loud. I can sense you are having some anger issues right now! Good luck!

Are you sure the printer was working when you bought it?
You need to manually install the printer drivers.....
