If you are talking about the log of websites visited on the internet, then no, I do not believe there is any way you can retrieve that list once you click on the clear history button. However, if you go to the cookie list, which is separate from the History list and look at all the cookies, it may help to jar your memory of the website you cleared accidentally. This is because whenever you visit a website, it will deposit a cookie in your computer and the information in the cookie gives the name of the website. In IE7, the cookies are lumped in the Temporary Internet folder so it is easier to find the cookies if you delete the other files in that folder first. Open Internet Explorer, Click Tools, Internet Options, Delete under Browsing history, then Delete files (I was thinking if you did this, you did not actually clear the History log....You deleted the Temporary Internet Files, not including the cookies) After deleting these files, close that window and then click settings which is just to the right of the Delete button under Browsing history. In the next window click "View Files" and you will see all the cookies. Hope this helps. I'll edit this answer and explain how to access the REAL HISTORY LOG if you still need it.

If you havent cleared out your temp or cookie folder, these are normaly hidden, though yours may not. Go to start menu, control panel, performance/maintenance, file types on the left, view, and tick show hidden files and folders, go back and undo this when your finished. The only other way is if you had saved your favs.
Good luck
