The question is list any gifts you have made without the consent of your spouse in the past 24 months. I gave money gift to my nieces and nephews. Should I list it? What's the advantage of listing it or not listing it. How would that help or not help my divorce?

Best to answer it as best you can.It has to do with hiding marital assets and money among family or friends for the sole purpose of keeping it out of divorce court. It works for both spouses equally
