help with computer!?

Question

Please help my computer is extremely messed up...I have run two different virus scans and a anti spy/addware scan and I can't seem to figure out whats wrong with my computer all my music files come up with an error when I try to play them, my videos will play with no sound and scrambled/blank picture and any site i go to with sound the sound won't play but videos due without the sound...Please help!
