I do live in my own peronal world. It's just my escape. My friends get mad because i'm so detached from the real world.

Yes, partly, in everyday and not all the time, since I do interact with others and do and complete things on their terms. At times of my independency to work and enjoy, yes, I do feel a world of my own, so unrestricted and terrible in merriment and I enjoy every minute of it and to this, I would say that I definitely need to be alone!

Everyone does-everything in a person's life is a manifestation of what their own mind attracted to them.
They may stem from deep unaware issues, but it still comes from within them.

I do, and sometimes it is like a Picasso painting, and sometimes a Da Vinci. Whichever, though, I'm always glad to have a place of my own.

I used to. It depends on how much you think and this will determine how distant you become from the shared experience of reality.
There is first, the desire to think. There then is the subject matter of our thoughts. Choose your thoughts wisely and your world will improve.
