I don't know who G. Dubya is, but my uncle goes to scientology. He's a bit strange. Sometimes there's a fine line between 'religion' and 'waco cult'. But I think that if people need something external to themselves to lead progressive lives, then as long as it doesn't encroach into others belief systems too much, then there's nothing wrong with it.
I heard that ron hubbard made a killing financially though. hope he gives some of it to charity.

i don't be responsive to who G. Dubya is, yet my uncle is going to scientology. he's fairly unusual. each and each so many times there's an remarkable line between 'faith' and 'waco cult'. yet i think of of that if human beings %. some thing outdoors to themselves to lead resourceful lives, then as long because of the fact it would not encroach into others thought platforms too a lot, then there is not any longer some thing incorrect with it. I heard that ron hubbard made a killing financially besides the indisputable fact that. choose he components distinctive it to charity.

Scientology is a scam started by an unbalanced scam artist named L. Ron Hubbard. Hubbard was a semi successful science fiction writer.
Scientology and Dianetics are the results of his delusional egomania. Scientology is probably the only "religion" where a practitioner has to pay tens of thousands of dollars to learn it's secrets.

Probably a lil of both, but all religions have a lil bit of wackiness to them, when looked at from someone outside of your faith. As for G. Dubya being a member.... anything's possible when dealing with immoral nutjobs.

Scientologis are strange tho!
My daughter worked for them once, not understanding what or how they worked! When she quit after two weeks, the would not pay her! So I can't say anything good about them, so I won't say anything!

I think most religions are for the most part a cult. They ask for money, they want you to follow their rules.

Nothing that man does surprises me anymore...unless of course he admits that he's made a huge blunder and that he doesn't have the brain he was born with.

I would be very surprised . . . but only because I believe the scientologists would distance themselves from a Christian Fundamentalist like Dubbya.
