Actor........
Tom Hanks: He is a very verstile actor. He is one of those actors, that if you go and see his movie you know you wont be dissapointed becasue he is in it. Plus I think that he should have at least four if not more academy awards, I think he was jipped. Especially in Saving Private Ryan.
Anthony Hopkins: He played one of the great villians as Hannibal Lector. Plus usually in any movie he does, he puts his whole heart into the chaecter which alwasy makes it entertaining to watch.
Actress.......
Meryll Streep: She is such a great actress. I mean 15 nominations is an unbileiveble amount. Plus i think she is one of the few people that have been nominated either for best actress or best supporting actress in pretty much all of the film genre's. I enjoy all of her movies.

I can think of several past and present, but I will go with Sean Connery. Long distinguished career, he can play anything to the hilt. A true classic actor.
Many think he was the best as James Bond, but after the Bond movies he has proved time after time how versatile an actor he is.

I just love Kate Winslet. I'd watch her read the back of a cereal box. And I agree with Harlow... about Joaquin Phoenix being such a blessing to the eyes, AND a mighty fine actor.

My favorite actor is, hands down, Al Pacino. He's just a genius at what he does, and he lets his talent speak for himself. He doesn't go around and pull stupid stunts like a lot of celebrities do when they want to stay in the news.
Pacino just does his thing. Love him!!!
