Should V.P. Cheney be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors?

Congressman Dennis Kucinich has recently introduced a resolution in the House (H.Res. 333) to impeach Cheney for his involvement in decieving and lying to Congress, the intelligence community, and the American people about reasons for going to war against Iraq and inciting another war against Iran on false pretenses. This resolution carries substantially more weight than former Attorney General Ramsey Clarke's articles of impeachment drawn up several years ago when this war started. Is Kucinich barking up the wrong tree and following a pipe dream or is this possibly the beginning of the end for his reign of terror in Washington and the Middle East? For years we've been focussing too much attention on the spokesman for this ongoing nightmare, G.W. Bush, when all along it was Cheney and his cadre of henchmen who have really been running the show. Wake up and smell the oil, America!

you have a selective memory. in the marketing campaign, Obama pronounced distinctive circumstances that he will end the conflict in a sixteen months era time. He has been President for some days basically. provide him a wreck. And the place did he devoted any crimes? or perhaps misdemeanors? i desire you at the instant are not severe. If Obama is a warmonger and could be impeached, what became into Bush? Lets just make up some crap and call for impeachement. Impeachment used to actually mean something serious. Now it is a political plaything for idiot congressmen who apparently have no clue to its real meaning. To bad we can't impeach that idiot congressman!

I read the impeachment document and I am in 100% agreement with Congessman Kucinich. Dick Cheney has proven himself to be unworthy to hold public office of any kind.

I have been signing petitions, writing letters to members of Congress, sending e-mails, etc. to have both Bush and Cheney Impeached. They both have done wrong.
