has anyone ever really seen a ghost?

honest and truthful not just something you coudn't quite explain or maybe something someone said or a feeling...... a genuine no nonsense apparition

My Grandmother that died when I was 2 years old came back when I was 8 years old and I didn't know her at the time so I was scared
Then about a year later I saw a photo of her when she was 35, and I told my Mother that lady came to me, and she said it was her Mother
And today I feel her presence around me when I am ill and her hand caressing my forehead : )

2. One in provo, Utah, One in the house my grandfather died in(Guess who's ghost I saw). Provo--Was working in a hotel refurbishing the floorcovering. Late at night, I saw a lady at the end of the hall not touching the floor. Ran towards her because I have questions about the next life, and she vanished up, or down, the adjacent staircase. 15 minutes later, My working compatriot came down from the floor above, white as a sheet, to ask me if I had seen anything out of the ordinary. To make a long story short, we found out the next day who the ghost was, and the reason for her appearance. Yeah, I've seen a ghost. Don't really care whether anyone believes or not, I've been there.

I have relatives that moved out of a property because of a poltergeist. An elderly lady used to pull the children out of bed in the middle of the night. They were youngsters then, ageing from about 4 to 7. This went on for sometime and wasnt taken seriously. Then one afternoon my auntie went to go upstairs to the bathroom and as she looked up towards the top of the stairs there she was. An elderly lady dressed in black, 1920s era. They got a priest to visit the house but moved out in the end. The family that moved in after them also contacted the church.

Yes I have many times. They have appeared as misty and wavering energy, they have appeared as bright lights again wavering energy and they have appeared full in body form. They also have appeared as ecoplasm which is beige and kind of stringy. One night after my mother was dead maybe a year I at the time lived side by side with my sister in a town house. It was dark and I saw a large flowing shape looked like a giant jellyfish. It was looking in my living room window then it went to my sisters..I just walked by and said Hi Mom...lol..its true though life goes on. some of us can see more clearly then others. Another time we had just bought a two hundred year old Stone house we were moving in and my sister in law was helping putting away boxes. She went upstairs alone and came back very quickly and looked very white. I said whats wrong Debbie? She said oh nothing but refused to bring anymore boxes upstairs in that bedroom. About a week later my husband and I were looking at the house from different angles outside. I looked up and I saw in one of the windows a dark haired girl looking out. She had on a white dress and a pink ribbon around her waist. She looked disheveled. Anyways I rubbed my eyes thinking I was imagining it and there she was. She looked straight ahead. Anyways I went to visit my sister in law who had helped me unpack a few weeks back. I was telling her what I saw and she said oh My God thats exactly what I saw. I saw a girl sitting there on the floor though crying. So we both saw on different occasions the same girl. So many events but spirits live on without a doubt. I am not afraid of death because of the many experiences I have had.

Hi!

Depends on your definition of "ghost". I've seen many things when invited to exorcise places / people. If by "ghost" you mean the troubled spirit of a dead person, that's not what I mean.

Some things have to be believed to be seen. There is no point in my describing experiences that people will ridicule if they don't have anything on which to hang their understanding.

My experience tells me there is nothing to fear that is not alive now if that helps.

yes..but I didn't know it was a ghost at the time. The young boy looked real enough until I took notice and spoke to him and then he freaked out and ran beneath a table and disappeared.
It was the owners of the house who told me they too had seen him.
Yet it took me a very long time to accept what had happened.

I took a photo in a church once and no one else was there
When the photos were developed a strange figure was on the photos
Was this a ghost who knows!!!!!!!!!!

Yes the other night I saw my dogs spirit in my house. I also see and hear angels aswell

i've not seen anything but an uncle died years ago and at the same time of his death i had an eerie feeling he was in the room with me. was a bit scary.
