Yes it's is very possible my sister had one about two weeks ago and kept complaining about it it was mild so she kept ignoring it. Not even knowing she was preg. she passed out was rushed to the ER where they kept her overnight and tried unsuccessfully to remove the pregnancy without cause further damage to her tube they couldn't and had to remove it. It was hard for her not because she was TTC but because she ignored it and almost died herself. So I would go to the ER I'm 17 weeks preg. When I was about 5 weeks I had really sharp cramping they checked me and sent me home about 3 hours later. I would go to the ER if it gets worse today because a day would have made a big difference in my sisters case. But it's really your call the ER would be a few hours but at least everything would be ruled out if nothing is wrong and if something is wrong why wait till tomorrow when you can get treated today. Well good luck what ever you decide.

You could have a severe kidney infection. You need to go to the ER as soon as you can. If this is a tubal you are in danger and if it is a kidney infection or stone the quicker you are treated the quicker you can get pregnant!!!!!!!!

HONESTLY, IT COULD BE ANYTHING FROM A TUBAL PREGNANCY, TO A CYST ON YOUR OVARIES (WHICH I HAVE HAD BEFORE AND IF THEY RUPTURE CAN BE VERY PAINFULL WITH ALL THE SYMPTOMS YOU'VE DESCRIBED) COULD BE KIDNEY'S OR SOME TYPE OF INFECTION. MONITOR YOUR SYMPTOMS, WRITE THEM DOWN IF YOU HAVE TO..........THIS WILL HELP YOUR DR'S FIND THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM FASTER. GOOD LUCK!

See your doctor. If it's too severe go to the ER.
