Heya! I am 11 weeks 5 days pregnant, and I don't feel pregnant at all, I was tired for months 1 and 2, but since then nothing. No morning sickness, no sore boobs, no crazy emotions... nothing!! I saw the baby in the ultrasound as well, but still have a hard time believing I am pregnant, my doctor said in the next month or two I should start feeling more pregnant, with my "growing waistline" and feeling the baby move etc. This is my first so I don't know what I am suppose to feel, I guess I always just imagined it being this life-changing thing (I know it is, just doesn't feel like it yet!). It's so not real to me.
I wouldn't worry, as I said my doctor said it's completely normal and we should be counting our blessings that we aren't sick, overly tired etc.
Good luck and CONGRATS ON YOUR PREGNANCY!!!

Completely normal, I was the same way, I didn't even realize I was pregnant until I was 6 weeks, even after I had NO morning sickness, and tender breasts was the only thing telling me that I was pregnant. You should most certainly stop worrying because your body may be reacting differently to your pregnancy this time around. Unless you start spotting, or having cramps, you really have nothing to worry about. Personally I didn't even start to feel like I'm pregnant until the baby started kicking me all night long and my stomach started showing. =) So dont stress!! You're normal =)

Yes, you should relax and enjoy the baby growing! Every pregnancy is different and not everyone gets sick. I never once got sick in my pregnancy with my daughter, in fact I felt great throughout the pregnancy. You should be happy you are one of the lucky ones that isn't getting sick! :) Good Luck and Congrats!!

Stop worrying and start enjoying. There's an old wives tale that says if you are sick during pregnancy, it's a girl. If you aren't, it's a boy. Who knows how accurate that is?
In any case, just enjoy feeling great.
