My daughter married a tunisian in tunisia 4 yrs ago but it wasnt registered in the uk, is her marrige valid in the uk.

Even though its not registered,if anyone can prove an actual marriage ceremony was performed in a legit manner,then you could have a valid marriage on your hands honore anywhere in the world

Opposite sex marriages are valid all over the world. As long as it was made legal in Tunisia, it's legal worldwide, since opposite sex marriages are legal worldwide. Not the same for same sex, but that's okay.
