To some people, 1st base means they got a kiss. 2nd base would be a feel. 3rd base would be skin on skin. A home run would mean they had sexual intercourse.

Home run is all the way. to first base is necking and kissing. To second base is touching and maybe a bit more. Third base is almost all the way...

It means that they made out with the someone. Its a stupid guy thing. They have to tell that they made out with someone or "scored". 1st base is kissing
2nd is making out
3rd is anything but well you know where I am headed

in a relationship this means- home base-the date or involvement starts,2nd base is just fooling around and kissing--3rd base would be feeling you up--and a home run would be sexual intercourse

Well, I know some people say differently, but for me: 1st is kiss (a real one, not a peck), 2nd is make out/feel up, 3rd is finger/blow, and homerun is sex.
Some people consider a oral as a homerun.
