It depends on what program you want to study Charlie. A B.S. is very vague.

Do you want online? If so, there are several online programs and universities. Kaplan, AIU, University of Phoenix, and some UC and State Systems offer online courses as well.

Traditional modality, I would highly suggest to investigate the program you want and then the schools. State systems take forever to get through because of their problems with budgets and funding. Classes get cancelled all the time and it could take you many years to get through a program going part-time.

I suggest a private university that tailors to your needs. Since we don't know what those needs are, it is hard to answer this question.

Give us which area you are interested in, if you are interested in online or on-ground, traditional vs non-traditional, and if you want to go part-time or full-time. Do you need financial aid?

Whichever university you choose, make sure it is regionally accredited NOT NATIONALLY.

Good luck!

It would be easier to list universities where you can't get a BS. They are limited to those that do not give any bachelor's degrees and specialty schools -- like those that are for the performing arts or design.

Nearly every other university grants a BS.

There are a ridiculous number of universities where you can get your B.S. I don't know what you are looking for, but state universities are a good value and offer a good education in whatever you want to study.
