The blood test and the urine measure the same hormone
That is Beta HCG.
OF these two, the blood test is the most sensitive & specific
The Ultrasound is only good once you have gotten to 8-10week. Earlier than that you won't see anything on the black& white doppler screen.
Don't waste anymore of your money on test.
You should have stopped at the home pregnancy test or at the blood test.
If you are concern about your weight gain. Have yourself checked out for
-thyroid abnormality
-recent diet changes or calorie intake
-water drinking habits

The blood is more accurate than a home test, but an ultrasound will just tell you if there is anything in there, if the blood came back negative then it was negative and I would have just left well enough alone. Now you are going to have to pay for an ultrasound and it is just going to tell you that you aren't pregnant!

I'm pretty sure that if you took a test at the doctor and it was negative, you are not pregnant! They are letting you get an ultrasound? You could just be bloated from PMS....

a serum BHCG is the gold standard in pregnancy detection , as it can pick up hormones in the blood as soon as a week after conception . Ultrasound cannot see a pregnancy trasvaginally until at least 4 weeks , and even then , no fetal pole is seen until 5 to 6 weeks vaginally.
No hormone = no pregnancy.

an ultrasound will tell you for sure, but if you have had both a negative urine and blood test you are likely not pregnant.

HPT and blood tests are very accurate.
Maybe you are just bloated or gaining weight.
A doctor could also tell by doing a pelvic exam, without an ultrasound.
