Great game from both teams. My new favorite player is now Benny Feilhaber. Great goal. Congratulations USA. Great game Mexico. I like Guardado and Castillo. Usually, players from these teams don't swap jerseys after the game because of the animosity between the teams but Landon and Salcido swapped jerseys. That's a good sign.

Thanks. I think I've converted 3 of my friends into soccer fans by inviting them to watch the game with me. What a game! The goal Benny scored will stay with me for a long time. Pure class. This is also the first time I've seen jersey swapping between the two teams. Good day all around.

yeah it was a great game,Mexico best performance of the Whole Gold Cup.as soon as USA tied the game i knew that they were gonna win.thats was a great goal by Benny,mostly people that try to score like that the ball go's to the stands,but this one was just perfect.its good that they swapped jerseys,maybe ill mean that the teams will get along with each other,after all aint that what FIFA wants "Fair Play".

At least one player on the Mexican team showed a little class and sportsmanship.
Anyways, good game Mexico. Best the Mexican team as played in Gold Cup. Sanchez kept Mexico from getting embarassed 4-1 or worse.
Kool Dude, this is in no way a diss on Mexico. Just their team in general. Though I know it goes both ways, and the Mex v USA is a pretty heated rivalry, Mexico could show a little more respect or not let their frustrations be known. The guy on Mex that slamed the ball into the stands/sidline previous to a thrown by the USA was out of line.

It was an awesome, but nerve-wracking match. I really didn't think we would win after the first half, the mexicans obviously came to play and it showed. They totally outplayed us in the 1st half. But things got a lot better in the 2nd half. Glad to hear Landon and Salcido swapped jerseys, univision didn't show anyone doing that after the match so I thought the mexicans must have refused to shake hands once again.

the first half Mexico was unstoppable. Castillo and Guardado were playing at their best but in the second half Nery got tired and again Hugo goes and put Bofo [who sucks dick] & Blanco at the last minutes of the game. Medina was **** today he didn't do ****. Mexico finally scored after like 8 yrs on US soil.

Yeah Mexico played awesome in the first half, but then the Usa made an awesome combat and won.

It was the best game of the tournament and USA won with a bit of luck but both teams played with pride and thats all that matters sometimes in soccer. Congratulations to the US

You hit the nail right on the head. Lots of hard knocks, but not the cheap and dirty kind of stuff. Great game. My heart was beating like crazy the whole last half hour. Great stuff.
