I have a small penis and it effects my self esteem, what do i do?

I am 15 and my penis is only 4 1/2' at full erection , my ex girlfriend wanted to have sex with me but i didnt bc i am to nervouse due to the size. I am only 5'4 and weigh 170. I do have some fat cartilage around the penis area. HELP!!!!!

i think it's small because you might be a little over weight or something. people who are fat usually have small penis, well that what my older sister said. I'm 16, and if i had a boyfriend with the same problem as you, i would probably just help him exercise, eat right, and boost his self esteem and tell him that he has a wonderful and mighty penis.
i don't think size matters, well maybe it does, but if i love that person, size wont matter to me.
stop worrying and get a new girlfriend. plus, you are still young, you have a lot of time for your penis to grow. as you grow, your penis grow.

ok well i was overweight when i was younger and i had like a 4 inch penis when i was like 11 then i started going through puberty and i lost like 40 pounds from football and now at 14 i have a 6.5 inch penis so just lose some weight and wait itll more then likley grow
