Go to your Control Panel and click Add or Remove Programs.

You can safely remove any program in this list.

Settings
Control Panel
Add-Remove

Carefully (underline carefully) scroll down the programs. If you don't know what it is - leave it alone.

Take note, if you do remove anything, the next item in line will automatically highlight. An accidental mouse click and it too will be deleted.

Remove anything from there you don't like
No harm done to the computer..

any files but windows file an sdk files an you video an sound driver files do not delete any programs that have soming to do with your updates your video card an sound card
