when a worker ant is seperated from its colony and was placed into a jar with another qween ant, will the worker ant be now under its control because it can smell its Pheromone?

I think yes !
but if you put a kind of ants with another kind OF ants into a jar, LIKE : ( put black ants with white ants ) , they will fight because the pheromone is different , and they don't know each OTHER

There are slave-taking ants that raid other colonies for workers, eggs and pupae. These other kinds of ants become part of the slavers' colony, so in theory the answer is yes. In practice, I'd say almost certainly not - there's a big difference between them doing it their way and some random ant being placed in that very abnormal situation.
