The 316 ti ES (not to be confused with the "SE") might be described as a 'Budget Beemer' but that would suggest that serious cost-cutting had been carried out. To the contrary, straight away one notices that the new 3 series has more standard equipment than the previous model; much revised and improved. The standard specification includes air conditioning and 16" alloy wheels. So for the money this little number certainly offers that little bit more than most. The torquey 1.8 ltr engine is extremely responsive, sophisticated and refined while smooth and quiet. Wind and road noise is well contained too. The rear-drive layout and electronic traction aids combine to give a safe, enjoyable drive.

The T represents hatchback by the bmw coding, the I is just like the normal i on any other bmw it represents Fuel "Injected".

And as for Tourismo Internationale, I highly doubt bmw would use Italian to denote thier product.

Furthermore bmw has only officially put turbos only 2 of their of there production cars, the the first being the euro E23 745i
And the current e90 335i so no the T does NOT stand for turbo.

no factor. in basic terms purchase a 318ti or bypass greater effective with 323ti (just about 200 bhp). via the time you get the potential up in a 316ti you will possibly have offered a 323ti and spens a sprint greater on it to get it to 200 bhp. to boot human beings see which you acquire an upgraded BMW and that they wanna race you. In a 316ti you will get pissed on each time and made to look as though a jerk off. So in basic terms sell it shop up and purchase a minimum of the 318ti. any way you will get a roots-type supercharger. furnish you with a large potential strengthen expenditures $4000.

Ti = Fuel injected touring compact
es = ETA: sports ETA model with sports package

iT is the touring wagon... compact just reversed, ti. Same initials... touring and injected, just one way it is compact and the other it is the full wagon.
