What kind of car is it? Usually a oil change for the average car cost around $40 depending on the oil used and where you take it. The tune can cost upwards of $250 depending on what is performed and where it is done. You can't forget the labor costs at most shops is $70+ an hour and a dealer can charge up to $95 an hour. It can also depend wether you are using generic parts or original equipment manufacture (OEM). OEM parts will be higher.

An oil change is usually around $25-$30, maybe less if you have a coupon for a lube place. A tune up depends on the vehicle, and I perform my own tuneups, so this is just a guess - $100-$150.

Depends on where you live and the vehicle. Is it gas or diesel? Watch the junk mail for coupons. Locally, a simple oil change can go for $15 - $30, less with that coupon. Tune-ups vary depending on engine size, etc. Is it 4, 6, 8, more cylinders? How old is it? All electronic ignition?
Check your local ads and shops.

The cost of any parts used (oil, filter, spark plugs) plus the labor rate multiplied by the time it takes to do the job, plus sales tax on parts, and possibly a small shop fee.
If you ask they will give you an estimate in advance.
