When I was a teenager she used to tell me: Before you do anything, imagine me and your dad there, will you still do it?
I wanna tell you that this kept me from doing lots of stupid things.

Gotta few jewels from my mother: - "Live in the present. You can't change the past, and staying focused on the moment will insure a better future." - "Maximum Effort = Maximum Results. Your best will almost always be good enough to succeed, and you'll never look back and wonder, 'What if?'. - "Don't air your dirty laundry (relationship problems, etc.) in public." - "If a guy is much larger than you and a fight is unavoidable, make sure you hit first." - "Men don't hit women...are you a man?" Plus many, many more. I wish she were still alive so I could tell her how much her advice has helped me as an adult. Happy Mother's Day, Mom. I'm sure you read this stuff!

She said to always wear clean underwear in case I'm in an accident.

my mom hates me and we dont see eachother or communicate.
that was the last she had said to me, and it made an impact, even a bad impact is still an impact.
